1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BriefAnalyser AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BriefAnalyser AI provides software tools for collecting client project information, processing submitted content, generating AI-assisted project briefs, organizing project information and assisting users with project-related questions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining account security
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity conducted through your account
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law

4. Client Data and Authorization

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to submit client information, voice recordings, documents, images, links and other content to the service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to BriefAnalyser AI, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process that content to provide the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, insights, recommendations, transcriptions and other output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it for professional, business or client-facing decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operation
• Upload malicious code
• Abuse or attack the infrastructure
• Use the service to violate another person's rights
• Attempt to access another customer's data
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by applicable law

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically where applicable unless cancelled before the next billing period.

9. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions according to the available account or billing controls. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not necessarily result in a refund for previously billed periods, subject to the Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The BriefAnalyser AI software, website, branding, interface, design system and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to skillsterr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software to the user.

11. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, AI processing, transcription, payments, analytics and other infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

12. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Disclaimer

BriefAnalyser AI is a productivity and information-organization tool. It does not replace professional judgment. AI-generated output should be reviewed before being used in client communications, design decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions or other consequential decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, skillsterr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims arising from their misuse of the service, violation of these Terms or unauthorized submission of third-party content.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
